This is something that many people don’t understand.

They think you need to be a super expert in order to have a good career while knowing English.

But that’s not true at all.

You don’t need to reach what is usually called fluency, which would be the C1 level according to the European Proficiency Framework.

When I started to really be able to have conversations with natives from around the world, I noticed that most don’t have a C1 level, and rarely C2, which is basically the highest level of English someone could achieve.

So what is the level I noticed when doing business with people around the world?

The level was B2.

I was shocked when I saw it for the first time.

A person doing a meeting with 10 natives in English that wasn’t perfect, but it was sufficient for people to understand the idea.

And he captured all the attention.

So if you think you need to learn English for years in order to use English well, you are not well informed, my friend.

Because you only need B2, which could be easily achievable in six months of studying English correctly.

Correctly means learning vocabulary, patterns, and practicing a lot.

So you have no problem when it comes to learning English at just the B2 level.

Of course you can go beyond, but sometimes having an easier target motivates us more.

That’s the post for today, friends.
